About your role:

The EMEA Technology Finance team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Finance Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting and strategic decision support across EMEA Technology. The successful candidate will act as a trusted finance partner to Technology leaders across Infrastructure, Application Development and Cyber Security, providing insight, challenge and governance to drive financial performance and investment outcomes.

The role offers broad exposure to technology operations, project portfolio management, transformation initiatives, resource planning and technology investment decision-making within a complex international environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Financial Planning, Forecasting & Reporting - Lead EMEA Technology forecasting and budgeting, deliver period-end reporting, variance analysis and insights, highlight financial risks and opportunities to senior leaders, support annual, strategic and long-range planning, Improve forecast accuracy with business and budget owners.
  • Technology Business Partnering - Advise Technology leaders, turn financial data into actionable insights, support investment decisions and strengthen budget accountability.
  • App Dev Portfolio & Book of Work Governance- Partner with Technology leaders to oversee the EMEA Application Development portfolio, aligning investment, resources and project performance with strategic priorities.
  • Project Financial Management & Capitalisation - Govern technology investments, review funding, ensure accounting compliance, monitor spend and track benefits.
  • Resource Capacity & Demand Planning - Plan EMEA Technology capacity and demand, analysing workforce needs, costs, utilization and deployment. Oversee technology costs and allocations, drive efficiencies and support Accounting with month-end activities.
  • Transformation & Strategic Initiatives - Govern transformation programmes, track investment returns, support executive reporting and improve processes.

Experience that you’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA.
  • Five or more years of relevant FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering or technology finance experience.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets.
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations and financial insights.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Technology, software, infrastructure or transformation finance experience.
  • Experience supporting project portfolios, capitalisation and investment governance.
  • Knowledge of resource planning and workforce modelling.
  • Power BI and data visualisation experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Essbase, Clarity, Anaplan, Hyperion or similar planning systems.
