About the Role: The Project Data Analyst will develop, track and manage a strong data management and monitoring framework for client projects. The position is also responsible to ensure the maintenance and use of quality data and provide effective, accurate and timely monitoring in order to provide inputs to help clients and teams understand trends and status of the client work and to support the client teams in achieving project outcomes. It also includes providing support and training to data system users as needed and assisting client teams in the creation, maintenance and review of data and plans for data collection to help achieve project deliverables on time.
- Facilitate the effective use of project tools to record consistent and complete information
within set timelines and on a regular basis
- Assess needs, evaluate training material and work with client teams and Qrate experts to
ensure high quality project data is collected, maintained, updated and secured.
- Perform periodic checks on all data sources to ensure data quality, completeness, accuracy
and reliability.
- Support in the creation, design and implementation of effective data monitoring plans and
ensure indicators, metrics and relevant details are available to the client and stakeholders and that contributes to timely and efficient decision making and evidence-based learning.
- Work closely with the Qrate team and client team to analyze, track, and provide timely reports
and presentations on the project status, progress and performance at regular intervals to help the client teams to get an understanding of project performance-based data.
- Review project documents independently or in conjunction with client POC to determine
acceptance or make recommendations pertaining to project.
- Support and provide input to client’s targeted and large scale, quantitative and qualitative
measurement efforts to assess their projects success.
- Provide support, guidance, and training to Qrate users and partners on data systems and
support end-user transactions.
- Contribute to and support the development and/or finalization of the project work plan based
on monitoring information. Input into creation of tools and resources and train Qrate staff and clients on the use of the tools and data collection practices.
- Carry out any additional requirements within the purview of the role as assigned by the
company. Supervisory and Collaboration:
- Reports to: Data Solutions vertical lead
- Works closely with: Client teams, external stakeholders and internal Qrate team members.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management or statistics or other related fields
- 4-5 years of experience in data management and analysis
- Certificate courses in data analysis is an added advantage
- Expertise in data-related technologies, systems, and tools. Ability to use visuals like graphs,
chart, maps, and GIS.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-culturally in
diverse environments.
- Proficiency in planning, organizing, and multi-tasking in managing complex client projects
effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex
ideas clearly. Travel and Special Requirements:
- This role is required to travel to the Qrate office and secondary client locations from time to
time.
