We are looking for an innovative Product Manager to lead the way in shaping our product development and growth strategies. Your role will involve evaluating and evolving our current product strategy, aiming to secure a leading position in the next generation of companies at the intersection of Generative AI, social, and games.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team consisting of UX/UI, Art, Engineering, QA, and Analytics experts to conceptualize, scope, and execute captivating and immersive gameplay experiences for our users.
• Transform product requirements into well-defined user stories, meticulously prioritize tasks, and maintain a streamlined product backlog.
• Shape our product strategy by gathering external feedback and effectively communicating it to internal stakeholders.
• Steer the product through critical milestones and deliver tangible results that contribute to our business objectives.
• Take charge of the product’s launch and growth strategy, crafting a robust development roadmap.
• Cultivate an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape through user research and thorough data analysis.
• Play a pivotal role in defining the long-term vision of the game and feature roadmap by actively identifying opportunities and prioritizing features that will have a significant impact on players.
• Collaborate with product teams to guide their efforts, factoring in delivery timelines, revenue implications, and opportunity costs.
Qualifications / Requirements:
• Possess 4+ years of Product Management experience in consumer applications.
• Proficiently convey feature ideas through competitive research, user flows, detailed product specifications, and user stories.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and exceptional project management skills.
• Capable of providing clear direction, establishing measurable objectives, and effectively leading a team.
• Thrive in a hybrid work environment and excel in coordinating with external teams across various time zones.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively to executive leadership.
• Create schedules and milestones for technology initiatives and projects; ensure teams understand goals and manage delivery through all phases of development
• Showcase exceptional data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of working in an agile environment.
• Self-motivated and possesses a strong desire to collaborate with others to navigate through uncertainty.
• Comfortable with working with engineers as customers.
Nice to have:
• Previous experience successfully bringing a new product or game to market
• Proficiency with design tools and ability to rapidly prototype
• Hands-on experience working with AI/ML
Other Information:
Successful candidates for this position can expect a competitive salary within the range of $125,000 to $170,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary structure, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.
