Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Regular / Senior Salesforce Developer with Agentforce expertise to join our global team and support the development, enhancement, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Sales Cloud development, hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, and solid knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Development & Configuration
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and automation.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications following platform best practices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, perform unit testing, and manage deployments across environments.
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow Builder.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including agent configuration, customization, and implementation.
  • Understanding of AI agents, agent actions, and Salesforce automation capabilities.
  • Experience developing and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations.
  • Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and development best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
  • Professional English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Prompt Builder
  • Experience building AI-powered workflows and integrating Agentforce with enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with middleware platforms such as Informatica or SAP.
  • Experience with event-driven integration patterns, including Platform Events and CDC.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools, such as Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps
  • Understanding of OAuth in Microsoft Entra ID, Connected Apps, API authentication, and Salesforce security models.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
  • Salesforce certifications
  • Previous experience working with distributed international teams.
