Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex, multi-year SaaS product implementation projects for Federal and Government Contractor clients
  • Ensure timely, high-quality program execution across planning, delivery, and customer success phases
  • Bring structured, repeatable program methodologies tailored for government, defense and aerospace implementations
  • Act as a key liaison with Federal and GovCon client stakeholders, understanding and aligning with their program execution models
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, especially within high-security and compliance-driven environments
  • Manage cross-functional internal and client-facing teams with a focus on delivery precision and accountability
  • Monitor and manage program budgets, risks, and performance KPIs, providing clear communication and escalation when needed
  • Drive continuous improvement and post-implementation analysis to improve future delivery cycles

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Digital program or project management experience in Federal, GovCon, or Aerospace and Defense
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex technology implementations in the Public Sector market
  • In-depth knowledge of Federal, GovCon, or A&D client program management structures and execution frameworks
  • Experience working in regulated environments involving ITAR, DFARS, or NIST compliance
  • Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and ways of working is a must-have
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to drive disciplined execution
  • Strong communication skills and experience in client-facing consulting roles
  • Growth mindset, and ability to adapt and pivot in a fast-changing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field required; PMP or related certification preferred

Salary Range:

Min $117,000 - Max $175,000 USD per year

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary, an annual bonus and an equity component are included in the compensation package.

This position will be working on US government contracts which require either US Citizens or US Persons (Permanent Residents) depending on the project. Additionally, this role may require the ability to obtain and maintain a US government Top Secret security clearance.
