About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager in our Financial Services team, you will work closely with Product Managers across our Corporate Card & Expense Management Platform. This is a highly hands-on role with strong exposure to product operations, internal automation, and continuous improvement.
You won't just manage features—you will dive deep into day-to-day issue handling, analyze complex operational workflows, trace raw transactions, and turn operational insights into scalable product solutions. We are looking for a well-rounded, highly curious, and structured problem-solver who is eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to leverage AI-agentic tools in their daily workflow.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Product Operations & Issue Resolution: Act as the diagnostic bridge between product and operations. Handle complex user inquiries, trace transaction issues, and identify root causes rather than just band-aiding symptoms.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Analyze operational friction to propose internal product features, automations, and actionable insights that optimize efficiency for internal teams (Ops, Finance, Engineering).
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Communicate fluidly across Ops, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial teams—translating complex operational needs into clear technical and product requirements.
- Data-Driven Analysis & Prototyping: Perform hands-on data exploration (writing SQL queries, reviewing transaction logs, and reconciliation data) to evaluate product health and support decision-making.
- AI-First Problem Solving: Actively utilize AI-agentic tools in your daily workflow for rapid prototyping, data querying, debugging, and workflow automation.
- Support & Learn: Collaborate directly with Senior PMs to manage product roadmaps, build features, and learn end-to-end fintech product management.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
Core Qualifications:
- Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates with strong internship/project experience, or candidates with 1–2 years of experience (exposure in both Operations & Product is a strong plus).
- Structured Problem-Solving: Ability to break down ambiguous, messy operational issues into structured, logical solutions.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Highly articulate, agile, and adaptively communicative (luwes) when collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- High Curiosity & Proactive Initiative: A critical thinker who continuously asks "Why does this work this way?" and proactively drives solutions without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
- Willingness to Get Hands Dirty: Comfortable diving into raw transaction logs, manual reconciliations, or edge-case investigations to truly understand a product flaw.
- Basic Technical & Data Fluency: Understanding of how digital products function under the hood, with working knowledge of SQL or basic data querying.
- Practical AI Familiarity: Hands-on experience using modern AI-agentic tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, or ChatGPT API) for prototyping, analysis, or building personal/work projects.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience or strong familiarity with Fintech, Payments, or B2B/Corporate Card Issuing.
- Direct experience working closely with Operations or Finance teams on internal toolings or operational workflows.
- Comfort navigating raw transaction logs, API payloads, or reconciliation spreadsheets.
Why Join Us?
- Accelerated Growth: Fast-track your Product Management career with direct mentorship from experienced PMs and leadership.
- High Impact: Build products that directly impact daily financial workflows for businesses.
- Modern Tech Stack & AI Culture: Be part of an environment that actively encourages using cutting-edge AI tools to solve real-world problems faster.
