About the Role

Precor and Peloton Commercial are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact projects across our expanding commercial fitness equipment portfolio, including product development, operations, manufacturing, and business initiatives. As the business continues to scale, this is a hands-on opportunity for a proactive leader who can bring structure to complex projects, make sound decisions, manage competing priorities, and drive cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes.The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment, organization, and stakeholder management skills and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This person will be accountable for project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and overall delivery while creating clarity, ownership, and accountability across project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Establish priorities, clarify ownership, and align cross-functional stakeholders around project objectives and timelines.
  • Make timely, data-driven decisions to resolve issues, remove obstacles, and maintain project momentum.
  • Delegate work effectively while maintaining visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans when needed.
  • Facilitate project team meetings, decision reviews, and executive status updates.
  • Manage project scope and change requests while balancing cost, schedule, quality, and business priorities.
  • Drive resolution of complex project issues by evaluating alternatives and recommending practical solutions.
  • Track project performance and provide clear, concise updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Build collaboration, ownership, and accountability across cross-functional teams, including teams where the Project Manager does not have direct authority.
  • Ability to motivate teams, build positive influence across functions, and foster collaboration to drive engagement and achieve shared goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, tools, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, product development, technology, or related environment.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate effectively and maintain accountability for project outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
  • Experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
  • Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, fitness equipment, or technology.
  • Experience working with global teams, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Scrum certification or experience.

Pay Range: $130,000-$150,000

The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
