We are currently seeking a Senior ERP Systems Analyst to join our team.

As a member of the Information Technology team, you will lead the design, deployment, enhancement, and support of our enterprise applications. In this hands-on role, you’ll provide technical subject matter expertise throughout the lifecycle of our critical processes and workflows. You will partner with your colleagues in IT applications, infrastructure, development, as well as our passionate end-users to ensure effective use of our ERP system.

The ideal person will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle JD Edwards ERP system.

To be effective in this role this individual must have the ability to develop SQL scripts to analyze and troubleshoot transaction errors at the database level.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the support and delivery of our ERP platform Oracle JD Edwards
  • Act as the primary IT contact for all JDE issues and requests. Leverage your JDE functional & technical knowledge as well as your SQL expertise to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  • Assist with the execution of various strategic initiatives in ERP including enhancements, integrations, and upgrades
  • Collaborate with internal customers in sales, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure effective problem resolution
  • Work closely with the EDI team to troubleshoot transactional issues and assist with testing and onboarding of new trading partners
  • Support DSI mobile applications that facilitate critical functions in shipping, receiving, and manufacturing
  • Partner with the development team to support various integrations, interfaces, and data flows between JDE and other enterprise systems in ecommerce, B2B, planning, forecasting, and product development
  • Assist in the development of reports and dashboards using Microsoft SSRS and Phocas
  • Manage change control process to ensure proper testing, validation, acceptance and approvals prior to production release
  • Partner with the VP of Information Technology to develop and manage tactical plans in execution of the strategic objectives
  • Develop a knowledgebase of documentation on critical business processes and system functions

Candidate requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Over five years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle JD Edwards ERP system
  • Ability to develop SQL scripts to analyze and troubleshoot transaction errors at the database level
  • Knowledge of EDI order processing
  • Knowledge of mobile application platforms like DSI, RFgen or similar
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Microsoft SSRS or Power BI
  • Good business acumen and knowledge of distribution, supply chain, and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization including business leaders and technical resources
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Self-motivated with a desire and aptitude to learn, improve and innovate
