Requirements

Requires 8-12+ years of experience in IT project or program management with a focus on enterprise IAM implementation. Proficiency in IAM concepts, SailPoint, and Privilege Access Management is essential.

Full description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects

from initiation through to implementation and transition to BAU.

  • Develop project plans, milestones,

dependencies, budgets, RAID logs and delivery governance

  • Manage multiple IAM workstreams and

co-ordinate technical and business tams.

  • Ensure projects are delivered within

agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.

  • Identify delivery risks, issues and

dependencies and drive timely resolution.

  • Establish appropriate project

governance, reporting and steering committee processes.

  • Excellent knowledge of IAM concepts,

SailPoint (preferably), Privilege Access Management

  • Act as the primary delivery interface

between IAM engineering teams and business, network, technology teams.

  • Manage relationship with technology

vendors, implementation partners and managed service providers.

  • 8-12+ yers of experience in IT

Project/program management, with significant experience managing enterprise IAM implementation or transformation programs.
