For our group company, NKG Vietnam Company Limited, we are looking for a Sustainability Project Manager - Lam Dong (f/m/d).
The position will be based in Lam Dong and will report directly to the Sustainability Manager.
Your responsibilities
- Lead local implementation of the regenerative agriculture projects.
- Manage field staff and trainers in project areas.
- Socialize and coordinate farmers for onboarding, training, monitoring visits, soil sampling, tree planting, biochar, cover cropping, intercropping, and fertilizer optimization.
- Ensure projects delivery against budget, work plan, KPIs, farmer targets, hectares, and reporting deadlines.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and the Sustainability Manager on progress, challenges, risks, budget, impact, and M&E.
- Prepare regular updates for customer-facing reporting and hold customer meetings.
- Translate project requirements into practical Vietnamese field execution.
- Maintain local stakeholder relationships: farmers, local authorities, suppliers, auditors, and implementation partners.
- Ensure data quality for monitoring, verification, carbon/sustainability claims, and audit readiness.
- Flag risks early on project progress, farmer adoption, budget overruns, data gaps, or compliance issues.
- Any other tasks as assigned by your superiors.
Your profile
- Strong project management experience in coffee farming or similar, sustainability, carbon, agroforestry, or rural development.
- Ability to communicate with farmers in simple, practical Vietnamese and with customer teams in structured English.
- Strong reporting, budgeting, Excel/data management, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Hands-on, field-oriented, organized, and reliable under remote reporting lines.

- Experience managing field teams and training programs.
- Good understanding of coffee farming, regenerative agriculture, agroforestry, soil health, and climate impact.
- Comfortable with audits, verification processes, and evidence collection.
- High cultural sensitivity; able to bridge local Vietnamese realities with international customer expectations.
