Solutions Engineer, Real Estate Intelligence

Your mission

As a Solutions Engineer focused on Primefold RI, you turn customer needs into working solutions. You own the full technical customer journey, from discovery and product demonstrations through pilots, implementation and the first workflows customers use day to day.

• Technical Discovery: Lead workshops with asset, investment, property management and IT teams; translate processes into a clear solution scope with measurable success criteria
• Product Demonstrations: Build and deliver tailored demos showing how RI supports real customer work
• Sales Technical Enablement: Support the RI sales team in scoping opportunities against technical and feasibility constraints
• Pilots and Proofs of Value: Own the technical delivery of customer pilots, configure the solution and validate results
• Customer Implementation: Set up customer workspaces, portfolio structures and document workflows, coordinating with customer IT
• Integrations and Data: Work with APIs, document sources such as SharePoint and structured data exports, write scripts and build scoped integrations
• Quality and Troubleshooting: Investigate data, configuration and integration issues, and check AI generated outputs against source documents
• Customer Enablement: Run onboarding sessions and training, create guides and reusable examples
• Product Feedback and Repeatability: Bring evidence backed customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and turn implementations into reusable playbooks

Your profile

• 3+ years of relevant experience in real estate, real estate consulting, PropTech implementation, solutions engineering or a similar role; direct experience within an investment, asset or property management team is strongly preferred
• Experience delivering a software implementation, automation or process improvement from discovery through to use by internal teams or customers
• Ability to translate complex business workflows into practical technical requirements and explain technical concepts clearly
• Hands on experience with APIs, authentication, data mapping and troubleshooting integrations
• Working knowledge of SQL and at least one scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Practical experience with AI tools and document workflows, including checking output quality
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English
• Ability to work autonomously and manage several customer engagements at once
• Practical understanding of at least one core real estate workflow, such as lease management, rent roll analysis, acquisition due diligence, asset business planning or investor reporting
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and enterprise access controls is a strong advantage
• Experience building repeatable implementation processes in a start up or growing software company is a strong advantage
