Java Developer – Albany, NY

Location: Albany, New York Duration: 30 Months Hourly Rate: $73.02 Work Arrangement: Onsite

Job Introduction

Allpro Staffing & Consulting is seeking an experienced Java Developer for our client in Albany, New York, for a long-term, 30-month opportunity. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise architecture, Java development, microservices, API design, cloud platforms, and enterprise-scale Angular applications.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing secure, scalable enterprise applications while providing architectural leadership, ensuring cross-module integration, and maintaining compliance with industry security standards.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following experience requirements:

1. Enterprise Architecture – 8 Years

  • Experience in enterprise architecture of systems, microservices, API design, and cloud platforms.

2. Angular Application Development – 3 Years

  • Experience designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-scale Angular applications.
  • Proficiency in reusable components, responsive UI, state management, and REST API integration.

3. Architecture Leadership – 3 Years

  • Experience in architecture leadership roles, including governance and cross-module integration.

4. High-Security Data Exchange – 2 Years

  • Experience integrating enterprise systems with high-security data-exchange environments.

5. Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – 2 Years

  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
  • Pub/Sub
  • IAM
  • VPC Service Controls (VPC SC)
  • Secure Egress

6. High-Compliance Environments – 2 Years

  • Experience working in regulated environments involving:
  • IRS Publication 1075
  • Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS)
  • HIPAA

7. Security and Integrity Frameworks – 2 Years

  • Experience designing architectural guardrails and integrity/security validation frameworks.
