About the job:
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of projects, including planning, tracking, status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and dependency management.
- Drive the execution of banking transformation programs across Wealth Management, Private Banking, Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, and related domains.
- Manage end-to-end IT project delivery, partnering closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, implementation partners, and vendors.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment across project objectives, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Establish strong project governance, including steering committee preparation, executive reporting, RAID management, decision logs, and action tracking.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from project teams and business users to senior management and executives.
- Actively identify project risks and delivery challenges, providing mitigation strategies and driving issue resolution.
- Challenge and push back constructively when timelines, scope, requirements, resourcing, or decisions introduce delivery risks or impact project outcomes.
- Facilitate decision-making, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Manage project scope and change requests while balancing business priorities and delivery commitments.
- Support delivery across the full project lifecycle, including requirements management, solution implementation, SIT, UAT, release management, and deployment activities.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years of project management experience, preferably within Banking, Financial Services, or Consulting environments.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale banking transformation projects
- Strong understanding of technology delivery and experience working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs involving multiple workstreams, dependencies, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong project governance experience, including executive reporting, steering committees, RAID management, and financial tracking.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, SIT/UAT processes, release management, and production deployments.
- Proven track record of delivering projects in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and challenging timelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Investment Platforms
