Are you ready to join a growing team?

CTG is seeking to fill a Business Systems Analyst IV opening for our client.

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert RDBMS architecture, solution design, and technical guidance for complex projects and applications.
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend database solutions, enhancements, and technologies.
  • Lead database enhancements, testing, production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with application owners, Technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Support performance optimization, compliance, audit, risk, and business continuity initiatives.
  • Serve as an RDBMS SME and mentor less experienced technical staff.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Associate degree with 8+ years of RDBMS experience, or 10+ years combined education/work experience with 8+ years of RDBMS experience.
  • Strong Microsoft SQL/RDBMS experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Database platforms.
  • Experience with Ansible and/or Terraform.
  • Experience leading complex database projects, enhancements, conversions, and production support.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Banking or financial services technology experience.
  • Experience with RDBMS architecture, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Experience mentoring technical teams.
  • CAPPM experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $51.67 - $86.11/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
