Your Role

As a Summer Associate Product Strategist/Business Analyst, you’ll be an essential part of our team for 12 weeks. This opportunity is designed for a student who may and may not yet have formal coursework in the field. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. You’ll receive guidance and mentorship while helping us organize projects, identify patterns, and translate insights into practical recommendations that improve our products and services.

The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2027 and ending in August 2027. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.

Potential Projects

  • Support AI Work: Help collect, organize, and participate in feedback to technical working groups, to support initial use cases in current technologies.
  • Analyze approach for Issue Resolution/Procedural Enhancement: Review existing processes and data flow to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities that support more streamlined delivery and process improvement.
  • Implement Improved Methodology for Project Execution: Partner with team members to summarize findings, formalize work breakdown structures, and present clear recommendations that help guide future enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the competitive landscape of competitor products and services including potential disruptive technologies
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing dashboards/applications (i.e. natural language querying, forecasting, etc.)
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for new/improved functionality
  • Develop recommendations for delivery of strategic initiatives or products based on research, findings, data, and other empirical evidence
  • Develop work breakdown structure which can be used to deliver high-level road maps and/or detailed action plans as applicable
  • Develop and present proposals on findings from analysis and research to leadership
  • Become integrated into and participate in the day-to-day strategy, analysis, and operations of a project team

Qualifications

We are looking for a creative, curious, and analytical student who is interested in technologies, data analysis, education, communications, psychology, business, or a related field. Formal instructional design coursework is helpful but not required.

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field
  • Experience with research, analysis, and data manipulation
  • Knowledge of, or experience using, data and analytics tools such as Power BI, Databricks, SQL, SPSS Modeler, R, Tableau, or equivalent
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in group settings
  • Strong strategic, critical, and analytical thinking skills
  • Basic knowledge of financial services/payments is a plus
