Data Analyst Expert (Allegro Wakacje)

This role is responsible for building robust analytics for Allegro Wakacje and potentially further new ventures - ensuring that new business initiatives launched in non-standard setups (e.g., external platforms, strategic partnerships) receive full analytics support from Day 1. The person in this role will be coordinating cross-functional insights—combining platform performance, customer behavioral patterns, and revenue management—to drive transformative strategic decisions and tangible business growth of early-stage Allegro business lines.

• Setting-up analytics from scratch: Build and scale data ecosystems for non-standard, new business models, ensuring seamless data flows and dashboard availability from launch.

• Cross-Functional Strategic Analytics: Lead complex, cross-functional data initiatives combining platform performance, customer journeys, attribution, retention, cohorts, incrementality, and revenue management.

• Strategic Insights & Business Impact: Generate transformative, data-driven insights to guide organizational decisions, build business cases, evaluate new feature implementations, and conduct post-mortems.

• Advanced Experimentation & Forecasting: Develop methodologies for complex problem-solving, including A/B testing frameworks, trend analysis, forecasting, and retention modeling.

• Data Stack Ownership & Mentorship: Maintain advanced analytical data flows and dashboards using Allegro’s core stack, while providing thought leadership and technical mentorship to other analysts.

• Proven Data & Analytics Leadership: Strong track record in leading complex data initiatives, building analytics infrastructure from scratch, and driving cross-functional collaboration of analytical teams.

• Advanced Technical Stack Expertise: Mastery of SQL alongside deep proficiency in Data Studio, knowledge of Airflow, and GitHub.

• Advanced Analytical Toolkit: Expertise in executing cohorts, customer pathing, multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, A/B testing, and forecasting models for fast-growing digital/e-commerce products.

• Business Acumen & Strategic Impact: Proven ability to translate massive, complex datasets into high-impact executive recommendations, business cases, and measurable bottom-line improvements.

• Mentorship & Methodology Development: Strong problem-solving mindset with a history of designing new analytical frameworks and mentoring junior/peer analysts in advanced tools and techniques.

• Entrepreneurial drive and high degree of autonomy: Ability to understand and fulfill analytical needs of a newly launched business E2E, with guidance provided on output level, rather than on daily operational tasks.
