Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze and collaborate to resolve Applied Materials’ PDC equipment software, application, computing and systems issues of moderate complexity. Learn and investigate customer's high value problem (HVP), systemic bug or software failures.

2. Perform SW installation, issue troubleshooting, reporting and escalation including software, computing, system and application scopes.

3. Coordinate and cooperate with CE/PSE/global SW support teams and provide customer software support via software issue escalation flow.

4. Test, and verify software functionality and key feature for product software.

5. Participate in system software start-up, new product introduction (NPI) and customer project support.

6. Provide timely updates/reports to all stakeholders on key customer software issues. Align and deliver in line with group objectives.
