Pinnacle Home Care, Florida’s largest independent Medicare-certified home health provider, has been delivering high-quality, patient-centered care for over two decades, and we’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our award-winning team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Develop advanced SQL queries and reusable datasets using SQL Server, Snowflake, and other enterprise data sources.
  • Use Python to automate data processing, reconciliation, validation, reporting, and other repetitive workflows.
  • Build dashboards and executive reporting using Power BI and related reporting tools.
  • Translate business questions into clear analyses, metrics, dashboards, and recommendations.
  • Combine data from databases, APIs, Excel, CSV, JSON, and cloud applications.
  • Develop automated data pipelines and reporting processes.
  • Validate data quality and investigate discrepancies across systems and reports.
  • Partner directly with operational, clinical, financial, and executive teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through better data, reporting, and automation.
  • Document solutions and maintain strong development, testing, and source-control practices.
  • Mentor junior analysts and help establish analytics and development standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, data transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Strong professional experience with Python, including data analysis and production-level automation.
  • Strong experience with Power BI or comparable BI/reporting tools.
  • Experience with Snowflake or another cloud data platform.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and structured data such as JSON, CSV, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently take a business problem from requirements through analysis and implementation.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and automated workflows.
  • Experience with Git or comparable source-control tools.
  • Healthcare or home health experience preferred.
  • Experience working with operational, clinical, or financial healthcare data preferred.
  • Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Graph experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and handling PHI preferred.
  • Experience integrating SaaS and enterprise applications preferred.
