This position is a two-year fixed-term contract
Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role
- Drive system understanding for our software offering in Motor Controland LED applications
- Use AI to integrate and develop middleware libraries and application software
- Develop software prototypes
- Assure the code quality by AI-driven testing in the targeted system
- Be responsible for the reusability in a platform development enviroment
- Work with the team to decide which development processes to maintain or change
- Collaborate closely with System Architects and Product Application Engineers
Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or similar studies
- At least 5 years experience in Software engineering
- Profound knowledge in: agentic AI usage, C and Python
- Certified scrum master is an advantage
- Knowledge in hardware close/baremetal developing and testing
- Preferable experience in RTOS, Zephyr, Ethernet Stack, CryptoLib and TrustZone
- You know build systems, repositories and ticket systems
- You know automotive development environments and chip peripherals
- Experience in global organizations and ability to network in crossfunctional teams
- Good communications skills in English, German would be a benefit
