As our Global HR SuccessFactors Project Manager, you will initiate and take ownership of the strategic direction and continuous evolution of our global HR system landscape — with a strong focus on the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our HR tools and processes are efficient, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs. Acting as the central connector between HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external partners, you’ll drive system enhancements, lead cross-functional initiatives, and support a seamless global HR experience.
This role directly shapes how our people processes operate worldwide and supports our broader people strategy through data-driven, business-focused decision-making.
Your future role will focus on the following four dimensions:
Project Management
- Lead SuccessFactors-related projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration.
- Serve as the bridge between Global Process Owners, HRBPs, HR Ops, IT, and external vendors.
- Moderate design and review sessions and act as a key counterpart for HRIS infrastructure.
- Manage regular SuccessFactors Releases with the Provider and IN internal Stakeholders.
Customer & Stakeholder Management including Provider Steering
- Develop strong internal and external relationships in order to influence partners and provide client support to teams across the area of responsibility.
- Central Escalation Point for SuccessFactors Talent topics (for HR and AMS provider).
Process Ownership & Governance
- Define, document, and maintain standardized SuccessFactors processes.
- Advise HR teams on continuous optimization with focus on Talent processes in SuccessFactors incl. interfaces to other systems and modules.
- Coordinate requirement analysis and system enhancements with our external vendors.
- System Management & Optimization.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to manage system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
Change Management & Training
- Develop and support change initiatives for system enhancements.
- Create communication plans, training materials, and user guides to drive adoption.
Your profile:
- A degree in Business Administration (HR/IT focus), Information Technology, or similar.
- Long-term work experience in HR, ideally including HR Service Delivery.
- Several years working with HR cloud solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors (preferably), Workday, Oracle HCM.
- Good understanding of SuccessFactors Talent Suite (EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation & Variable Pay, Performance & Goals, LMS, Release Management etc.).
- Experience in HRIT, digital transformation, and global project leadership.
- Hands-on experience in process and system design, including ownership responsibilities.
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills across cultures.
- Excellent customer service skills in supporting the HR team members.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in communication within the organization (incl. Business Partners, Business Divisions, Finance, Leadership, further cross functions).
- Ability to simplify complex topics and present them clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on process optimization and standardization.
- Strategic thinker who anticipates future needs and plans system evolution accordingly.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
