Full description

The Business Analyst – Regulatory Reporting & Transformation Projects will support the implementation of the Bank’s Regulatory Reporting Automation Project, a key initiative under the Digital Transformation Program. The role will primarily focus on regulatory reporting automation and will also provide analytical and project support for other digital transformation and process review initiatives led by DTO.

This position involves gathering business requirements, conducting data analysis, supporting system enhancements, and assisting departments in implementing automated and standardized regulatory reporting processes aligned with OSFI requirements and Bank standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in financial services, regulatory reporting, and data analysis, and is able to work effectively with cross-functional teams across finance, risk, compliance, technology, and operations.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree with 4 to 5 years experience as a business analyst , process analyst
  • Minimum 2 years experience in transformation projects, with some exposure to regulatory reporting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be available 4 days onsite
