Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for driving complex transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business impact? We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead end-to-end project delivery, partnering with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to execute strategic projects across the organization.

Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role

  • Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initiation and

planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring successful delivery of business objectives and KPIs.

  • Project Planning & Governance: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource

allocations, governance frameworks, and risk registers to support effective project execution

  • Stakeholder Management:

Build strong partnerships with business leaders, technical teams, functional stakeholders, and external partners to align priorities, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Communication & Change Management: Serve as the primary liaison for project stakeholders, proactively

managing expectations, resolving escalations, and driving organizational change and adoption.

  • Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring delivery against agreed

milestones, service levels, quality standards, and contractual commitments.

  • Financial Management:

Manage project budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and resource plans while maintaining financial discipline and optimizing project investments.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and

issues, implementing recovery plans and escalating critical concerns when necessary.

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, fostering

accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance culture to achieve project success.

Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business

Management, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience of proven experience in project

management and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven track record delivering digital transformation, business

process improvement, operational excellence, and large-scale change initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors, consulting

partners, and third-party service providers to achieve project outcomes.

  • Experience overseeing project budgets, risk management,

resource planning, and governance frameworks to ensure successful project delivery.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or IPMA Level C (Certified Project Manager) and Certification in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Change Management

is highly preferred
