Full description

  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortigate or Checkpoint or PaloAlto Firewall or SentinelOne
  • Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching issues.
  • Monitor network and security infrastructure and resolve incidents.
  • Manage firewall policies, NAT, VPN, and basic security configurations.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, and performance-related issues.
  • Perform configuration changes as per approved processes.
  • Maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting records.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in Network Security / Network Administration.
  • Good knowledge in any one of Fortigate or Checkpoint or PaloAlto Firewall.
  • Good understanding of Routing and Switching.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and VPN.
  • Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Willingness to work in a support/operations environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with technical teams.
  • CCNA certification is an added advantage.
  • Network security related certification is an added advantage.
