About our team:

Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built.

We design and operate AI-native infrastructure platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale — powering GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems for the most demanding environments. We are building purpose-built AI infrastructure from powered land, to compute, to software.

As we scale our operations and deploy capital into the next generation of AI infrastructure, we are looking to expand our product team with leaders who can combine technical strength with execution excellence and are driven to build.

Radiant was established by Brookfield, a leading global alternative asset manager with over US$1 trillion of assets under management across real estate, infrastructure, renewable power and transition, private equity and credit. Brookfield's global relationships, investment expertise and access to long-term institutional capital provide Radiant with a differentiated platform from which to develop, finance and operate AI infrastructure assets. This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally.

Job Summary:

As a Senior/Principal Product Manager - Storage, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Radiant’s cloud storage portfolio, spanning the storage services and data capabilities required to run demanding cloud and AI workloads at scale.

You’ll work across object, block, and file storage, data lifecycle, performance, resilience, APIs, and platform integrations, partnering closely with engineering, infrastructure, SRE, networking, security, commercial teams, and customers.

This is a highly technical product role focused on building storage services that are high-performance, reliable, scalable, and easy to consume.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Radiant’s storage products and services.
  • Define product requirements across object, block, and file storage, as well as the integration with the existing Radiant services.
  • Translate customer needs into clear product requirements, APIs, workflows, service levels, and priorities.
  • Partner with engineering on storage architecture, performance, durability, availability, networking, and platform integration.
  • Work with customers and internal teams to understand workload requirements around capacity, throughput, latency, resilience, and cost.
  • Drive integrations with compute, Kubernetes, IAM, observability, and developer tooling.
  • Own prioritisation, delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous iteration.
  • Define success metrics across performance, reliability, utilisation, adoption, and unit economics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience owning technical products, cloud infrastructure, storage platforms, or developer-facing infrastructure services.
  • Strong understanding of high performance storage systems (WEKA, VAST, DDN) and cloud storage workloads.
  • Strong technical fluency across:
  • Storage: object, block, file, snapshots, replication, caching
  • Protocols & interfaces: S3, NFS, CSI, NVMe/NVMe-oF, APIs
  • Infrastructure: Kubernetes, containers, networking, cloud platforms
  • Reliability: durability, availability, consistency, failure recovery
  • Observability & security: metrics, logging, IAM, encryption, auditability
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Weka, Vast, DDN, MinIO, Lustre, Pure Storage, or similar.
  • Able to reason about trade-offs between performance, durability, availability, cost, and operational complexity.
  • Strong prioritisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working closely with engineers and customers on highly technical problems.

What you bring:

  • Storage domain knowledge: Understand how storage architecture impacts application and workload performance.
  • Product thinking: Turn complex infrastructure into simple, consumable services.
  • Technical fluency: Work credibly across storage, networking, compute, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Customer empathy: Understand the needs of developers, platform teams, and infrastructure-heavy customers.
  • Ownership: Drive products from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.

Our values:

  • Set the standard: Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up
  • Inspire the change: There’s no blueprint for the future. You’ll embrace challenges and change
  • You’re real and you’re true to yourself: We cherish and celebrate diversity so you’ll feel right at home whoever you are and whoever you’re talking to, you treat everyone the same.
