Job Summary

The Content Operations Project Manager supports operational excellence through project coordination, business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and vendor management.

This role is responsible for coordinating operational initiatives, supporting business activities, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance.

The successful candidate will leverage project management, analytical, and communication skills to support stable operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and the achievement of strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Understand HP Print and Services portfolios to support content operations and business initiatives.
  • Support content lifecycle management, operational processes, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Assist in driving process optimization, operational excellence, documentation readiness, and change management initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, metrics, presentations, and project documentation to support business decision-making.
  • Apply project management practices, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and execution in an agile environment.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams and business functions.
  • Provide coordination, guidance, and support to stakeholders throughout project and operational activities.
  • Coordinate meetings and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align requirements, manage deliverables, and support successful project execution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Typically 3-5 years of experience in project management, operations, business analysis, or related fields.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and global business environments.
  • Experience with process improvement, operational excellence, business analytics, reporting, or related activities is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity with Microsoft Copilot.
  • Experience with reporting, dashboarding, and data visualization tools.
  • Learning agility, adaptability, and willingness to develop new skills and knowledge.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to evolving business priorities, responsibilities, and organizational needs.
