Water Mitigation Project Manager  $23.50-27 / per hour + overtime and and On-call rotation

Want to own the production side of restoration jobs and make a real difference for customers on their worst days? ServiceMaster TEAM is hiring a Mitigation Project Manager to run waterprojects in the DFW area. You'll manage jobs from first visit to completion: overseeing the technicians on site, keeping each job on scope and on budget, and being the main contact for customers and adjusters. We're a full-service restoration company, so you'll work alongside all of our teams.

What you'll do

  • Run assigned residential and commercial mitigation jobs: review work orders and make sure the right equipment and supplies are on the truck and on site
  • Scope and inspect jobs on site and monitor drying, demolition, and other restoration activity to keep quality, budget, and timelines on track
  • Supervise the technicians assigned to your jobs and help train new team members
  • Explain the drying process and next steps to customers in person, using printed materials as a guide
  • Work with adjusters in person, by phone, and virtually to resolve questions and support scope, supplements, and reimbursement
  • Document every job with clear notes and photos, track personnel and resources used, and communicate all billable events
  • Complete quality assurance inspections at job completion and collect customer signatures and payments when needed

What you bring

  • IICRC WRT certification (required); ASD preferred
  • 3+ years in the restoration industry, including experience managing a team of 2 or more
  • Knowledge of restoration work both with and without insurance
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, and the composure to work through difficult situations
  • Comfort entering data on a tablet or phone
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, working independently or with a team
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Availability for an on-call schedule
