As a Project Manager Project Management on our Corporate team, you’ll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon’s Business thriving.

Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role

• Support the CRO in R&D strategy development,

planning, and execution.

• Prepare management reports, presentations, and

decision-support materials.

• Drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement

programs.

• Support the development of the local R&D ecosystem

in alignment with Infineon’s interests and strategy.

• Facilitate collaboration across R&D teams in

Melaka and within Infineon Malaysia.

• Coordinate management meetings, reviews, and follow-up

actions.

• Support funding initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of local R&D priorities with

Infineon’s overall strategy.

Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to

translate complex information into actionable recommendations.

• Proven experience in preparing executive-level presentations, management

reports, and decision-support materials.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience

engaging across functions and organizational levels.

• Good understanding of strategic planning, performance management, and

organizational development.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Power BI is

an advantage.

• Experience in the

semiconductor or technology industry is an advantage.
