WHO WE ARE

Ovoko is transforming Europe’s €30B+ used car parts market - a massive, fragmented industry still largely offline. We connect 7,000+ scrapyard owners, car parts sellers and dismantlers with millions of buyers through our marketplace, SaaS and logistics platform, making it effortless to trade parts across borders. With over 42 million parts listed, we’ve grown into one of Europe’s fastest-scaling e-commerce companies, but the real opportunity lies ahead, as we build a real category-defining platform worldwide.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Manager at Ovoko you will play a pivotal role in defining, creating, and improving products that our users rely on every day. We are looking for a person who fully owns their outcomes, is able to navigate in a complexity and champions the user.

You will face an opportunity rich environment, need to solve complex and multi-facated problems, and make constant trade-offs. New opportunities will often come from repeat interactions with Customers, Sales, Support, Account Management, Data, Leadership, and the other teams. You’ll work daily with an Engineering Manager, Designer and a stellar team of Engineers to deliver value to your users and the business.

\n

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Own the roadmap: You will fully own the outcomes of the product(s) that you and your team are working on. We’ll agree on how the success looks like and it will be totally up to you to figure out how to make that happen

• Lead discovery: You will spend a significant amount of time with users digging into their pain points, testing new ideas, features and combing through our data to identify both long term and short term opportunities.

• Translate insights into initiatives: Turn user and data findings into clear business cases, scopes, and requirements.

• Execution: Work hands-on with engineers, designers, support, and Account Managers to deliver high-quality features on time.

• Measure impact: Define and track KPIs like product adoption, system performance for already existing features and come up with new metrics to measure net new features that you will roll out.

• Act as the bridge: Align internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Support, Sales, Account Management, Data and the Design).

• Champion the user: Advocate for solutions that create a satisfying user experience for our users, and help them solve their problems in an effective and efficient way

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner for B2B SaaS, ERP, Marketplace or workflow management software products.

• Strong user research skills, empathy, and willingness to get your hands dirty working with real users to better understand the challenges and flows that they are going through every day.

• Structured problem solver who can break down messy problems into clear, actionable steps.

• Strong technical insight - you are able to discuss APIs, integrations, and backend logic with engineers.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.

• Data-driven mindset, comfortable with operational and customer-facing metrics.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence without authority.

\nSALARY

The offered salary range for this position starts at 5,000 (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
