  • Manage and maintain Lutheran Life Villages’ social media platforms, including graphic creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
  • Develop and publish consistent, on-brand digital media aligned with organizational messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Support website maintenance including updating artwork and photos, creating landing pages, and implementing basic SEO techniques.
  • Create digital and print campaign assets including graphics, short-form videos, email visuals, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns, content calendars, and storytelling initiatives.
  • Assist in creating artwork to support events, outreach initiatives, and organizational needs across campuses.
  • Maintain and organize digital asset libraries including photos, videos, and creative files for ease of access and consistency.
  • Support recruitment efforts by designing compelling visual materials that highlight workplace culture and employee experience.
  • Track marketing performance across channels and share insights to support reporting and campaign improvements.
  • Ensure all content reflects brand standards, voice, and visual identity established by the Brand & Marketing Manager.
  • Support Lutheran Life Villages’ mission, vision, and values in all interactions and work.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field required.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in creative design, marketing production, or content development.
  • Experience working in healthcare, senior living, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with external marketing agencies and cross-functional teams preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere).
  • Experience with video editing, photography, and basic audio production.
