Company description

Kekst CNC Defines Reputation When It Matters Most.

We counsel CEOs, boards, and leadership teams as they seek to grow, transform and protect their businesses. For more than 50 years, companies and institutions have turned to Kekst CNC in high-stakes situations – transactions, transformation, shareholder activism, crises and regulatory scrutiny. In these moments, how a business defines its reputation shapes its future. Our heritage lies at the intersection of strategy, capital markets and reputation. We combine senior counsel, deep insight, critical judgement and rigorous execution so that strategy and communication reinforce each other and drive measurable outcomes.

Overview

Here at Kekst CNC, we enjoy high level access to some of the world’s biggest corporate brands – helping them to deliver first class communication strategies that build trust, reputation, and engage with key stakeholders.

Kekst CNC is seeking a hands-on engineer who builds and ships the solutions – apps, automations, dashboards and AI agents – primarily on our Microsoft foundations but comfortable dropping into code and APIs where that's the better answer. Treats internal teams as clients, works as part of a team delivering client solutions, and supports Kekst CNC globally. Work to support ambitions in Kekst CNC transformation and working directly within Kekst CNC Intelligence, globally as well as within Publicis EMEA AI working group.

Responsibilities

Microsoft foundations

  • Build production-grade solutions on Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot Studio
  • Design, build and maintain AI agents in Copilot Studio –topic design, orchestration, knowledge sources, fallback behaviour – and tune them for accuracy, usability and safe adoption
  • Develop cloud flows with real error handling, retries and long-running operations, and design Dataverse models that support agent state, context and auditability
  • Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure and third-party systems via standard and custom connectors

Full stack and AI

  • Work confidently with REST APIs, JSON and authentication patterns, and write scripts or lightweight services (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) when low-code hits its limits
  • Build against model APIs directly as well as through Copilot Studio, including prompt design, structured outputs, retrieval over our own document and media sources, and cost-aware routing between models
  • Test, troubleshoot and refine agents and automations for accuracy and reliability, and monitor usage analytics to keep improving them once live

Delivery and consulting

  • Work with internal teams as you would with clients – gathering requirements, managing expectations and owning the relationship through to adoption
  • Support colleagues across multiple regions and time zones, adapting solutions to local working practices, languages and data requirements
  • Automate workflows and build dashboards that deliver measurable productivity gains
  • Document configurations and workflows so anything you build is supportable by someone else
  • Manage several concurrent builds with strong consulting, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications

Qualifications

Join us if you have:

  • Hands-on experience building business applications, automations or digital solutions: ideally using Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot Studio.
  • A passion for AI and automation: with experience creating, configuring or supporting AI agents, copilots, workflows or other intelligent systems.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills: including experience working with APIs, integrations, authentication methods, data models and system connectivity.
  • Coding capability beyond low-code platforms: with experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript and/or PowerShell to extend and enhance solutions where required.
  • A user-focused consulting approach: able to gather requirements, manage stakeholder expectations and deliver solutions that solve genuine business problems.
  • Experience troubleshooting and continuously improving solutions: using testing, monitoring and analytics to drive reliability, adoption and performance.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills: with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and explain technical concepts clearly to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Microsoft certifications: particularly across Power Platform, Azure, Copilot Studio or related technologies.
  • An international outlook: comfortable working with colleagues and stakeholders across regions, time zones and cultures
