About the Role:
Become a key player in BioNTech’s China IT organization, where your expertise will help shape our material management (SAP MM module) and sales and distribution (SAP SD module) processes. In this role, you will provide professional support for the ongoing SAP S/4 HANA project while driving innovation and efficiency in critical business operations.
As an in-house IT module leader and product owner, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge solutions. Your work will directly impact BioNTech’s mission by ensuring seamless data migration, system integration, and interface development in a dynamic environment.
Your Contribution:
- Act as the in-house IT module leader and product owner for S2P, S2S, and MDM workstreams
- Partner with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Collaborate with project consultants to ensure process designs align with project goals and timelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within assigned workstreams
- Lead your team through data migration, system integration, and interface development during the project phase
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives
A Good Match:
- Expertise in SAP MM and SAP SD modules with hands-on experience in material management and sales processes
- Strong project management skills to lead workstream teams effectively through complex projects
- Proven ability to collaborate with BPOs and external consultants to deliver high-quality solutions
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable
