ICI Homes, one of Florida's leading homebuilders, is looking for a Systems & Network Administrator to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

✅ Administer and maintain company servers and infrastructure services

✅ Monitor and support WAN, LAN, VPN, and SD-WAN connectivity

✅ Troubleshoot network, server, and communication system issues

✅ Implement infrastructure updates, patches, and upgrades

✅ Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and inventories

✅ Support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments

✅ Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable operations

What We're Looking For

✔ Enterprise network and server administration experience

✔ Expertise with TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and switching

✔ Microsoft 365 and Active Directory experience

✔ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

✔ Experience supporting end users and remote environments

✔ Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Cisco CCNA or equivalent experience

⭐ CCNP or advanced networking certifications

⭐ Microsoft infrastructure or cloud certifications
