About the Role
Bohler’s office in is looking for a Project Manager who excels in collaboration, accountability, and achieving high standards of excellence. In this leadership role, you will oversee complex land development projects throughout the DC Metro Area. guiding them from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include balancing design quality, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining financial performance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lead internal teams, and ensure that the success of each project aligns with Bohler's standards.

What You’ll Do
- Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Serve as the primary client contact and ensure expectations are met through clear communication and proactive leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers and technical staff.
- Oversee financial performance, including contracts, invoicing, and change management.
- Present at public hearings, client meetings, and community sessions as needed.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on business development and account growth.
- Promote quality control, innovation, and continuous improvement within your team.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience in land development.
- Proven success in managing project delivery and client relationships.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, and staff development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software.
- PE license preferred.
