Job Summary
Nextlink is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations, customization, integration, and development. This role requires deep technical knowledge of Salesforce development technologies, Service Cloud capabilities, and enterprise-scale solution delivery.
The candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and enhancing Service Cloud solutions while ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, performance standards, and governance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Configure and customize Service Cloud functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Lead and support implementations involving: • Email-to-Case
- Case Management
- Service Console
- Omnichannel Routing
- Knowledge Management (Knowledge Base)
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governor limits.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and project teams in an Agile delivery environment.
- Support production deployments, incident resolution, and continuous platform improvements.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud implementation experience.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Mandatory Certification
✅ Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI)
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder) are a plus.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices within Salesforce ecosystems.
