Join Lepaya!

Ready to launch your Salesforce career in the Netherlands?

Lepaya is looking for an ambitious and recently certified Salesforce enthusiast to join our team for a 6-month paid traineeship. This isn't just a temporary role; it's a dedicated learning path designed to turn your fresh certification into real-world expertise.

You will be mentored end-to-end by our Salesforce expert, starting with the fundamentals and growing into a confident Salesforce professional. Our goal is to see you succeed and, upon successful completion of the traineeship, transition into a permanent role with us.

What You'll Learn and Do

This role is built around your development. You will:

  • Master Salesforce Support: Become the go-to person for our internal teams by managing support requests (like user access, report fixes, and data updates) from start to finish.
  • Build with Confidence: Start with small, supervised configuration tasks—like creating fields, page layouts, and simple flows. You'll learn our professional deployment process, building in a sandbox and getting expert feedback before going live.
  • Drive Data Quality: Get hands-on experience maintaining a clean and efficient Salesforce environment through data hygiene checks and clean-up tasks.
  • Become a Documentation Pro: Help us keep our user guides and knowledge base current, ensuring your colleagues can make the most of our Salesforce setup.
  • Grow into a Salesforce Pro: This traineeship is designed for your growth. You'll progressively take on more complex projects, expanding your skills with constant support and mentorship.

Who You Are

  • Recently certified or making a career shift: You have your Salesforce Administrator certification and are ready to put it into practice.
  • You are passionate about Salesforce administration, business operations, and the L&D industry.
  • You are excited to engage with colleagues across the business to understand their needs.
  • You are professional across phone, email, and Slack, and capable of translating technical Salesforce concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable triaging support requests, investigating system issues, and proactively following up with users.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt easily to change.
  • Available and eligible: You are eligible to work in the Netherlands and available for a full-time, 6-month traineeship (with the intention to stay on permanently).
  • Language skills: You are fluent in English (Dutch and/or German is a plus).

Nice to Have

  • AI-Savvy: Comfort with prompting, "vibe coding," and using AI tools to accelerate delivery (used heavily at Lepaya!).
  • Data Literate: Basic SQL / data literacy and strong spreadsheet skills.
  • Automation Interest: Exposure to flows/automation beyond the Admin fundamentals.
