Position Overview
The State of Ohio is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise Salesforce applications. The selected consultant will build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce APIs while collaborating with business stakeholders and development teams in an Agile environment.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- 2–3+ years of experience with Salesforce OmniStudio
- 5+ years of experience with:
- Apex
- Triggers
- Batch Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce APIs
- Experience developing with: • OmniStudio Components
- FlexCards
- OmniScripts
- DataRaptors
- Integration Procedures
- Experience developing Experience Cloud Sites
- Experience building integrations using Salesforce APIs, Middleware, and tools such as MuleSoft
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.)
- Experience using Salesforce Data Loader and Workbench
- Experience performing Salesforce Administration tasks:
- User Management

- Data Management

- System Configuration
- Experience supporting deployments across development, test, and production environments
- Salesforce Developer Certification (PDI or PDII) – Required

- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (Grants Management)

- Data migration and solution design on the Public Sector Foundation platform
- Ability to lead technical teams and troubleshoot OmniStudio-related issues
