Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a senior project manager with commercial understanding and technical flair. Ideally with experience from international projects touching upon both civil works and production systems (Mech/Elec/Aut) as we participate in both greenfield and brownfield projects around the world.

Your Future Role

The role of a Senior Project Manager is to lead complex and business-critical customer projects, ensure successful delivery, and contribute to the continuous development of project execution, customer relationships, and organizational capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities

· Lead and manage complex or high-impact customer projects end-to-end

· Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards

· Act as primary point of contact and build strong customer relationships

· Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure high performance

· Drive planning, scheduling, and financial tracking with transparency

· Proactively manage risks, opportunities, and margin development

· Coordinate execution phases including implementation and delivery

· Act as escalation point for stakeholders

· Ensure alignment between commercial, technical, and operational aspects

· Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement

Accountabilities

· Overall responsibility for project performance and customer satisfaction

· Leadership of cross-functional teams and delivery excellence

· Financial performance including budget control and forecasting

· Application of project governance and best practices

· Team performance and collaboration

· Improvement of execution efficiency

About you

To be successful in this role you need to have:

- Good stakeholder management skills

- Financial and technical understanding

- Fluency in minimum Danish and English languages

- Ability to travel internationally (30-45 days / year)

- Experience with larger projects +10 mil USD

- Persistence and an eye to critical details

Ideally you also have:

- One or more project management certifications

- Experience from the food industry/ meat industry

- Experience working in AX 2012
