ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Product Manager at Regal, you'll own a core surface of our product end to end. the roadmap, the execution, and the metrics that prove it's working. You'll do it at the most exciting moment in the company's history, as Voice AI begins to take off and Regal executes as one of the leaders in the market. This role reports into the VP of Product at Regal.
You'll partner closely with engineering and design to take initiatives from a raw customer problem all the way to a shipped, adopted product. You'll go deep with customers to understand how they use Regal today, where they get stuck, and what they're really trying to accomplish, then turning those insights into crisp product bets your team can rally around. You'll move fast, ship on a weekly cadence, and hold a high bar for quality the whole way.
We're looking for a strong generalist PM who can go deep on any problem and come back with a clear product direction. If you're entrepreneurial, AI-native, and love bridging the gap between messy customer problems and elegant product experiences, this role is for you.
\n
RESPONSIBILITIES:Own Your Roadmap and Execution: Own your team's product roadmap and execution—partnering with engineering and design—along with the key success metrics that go with it. Build a roadmap that accounts for customer needs, business goals, the state of the product, and where the market is heading.
Develop Deep Customer Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of how our customers use Regal today, what their key pain points are, and how we can better serve them. Bring those insights back as product bets the team can rally around.
Ship Polished Product Experiences: Partner with design to ship polished, intuitive experiences that make Regal feel accessible, trustworthy, and easy to act on—not just another feature.
Lead Initiatives End to End: Take initiatives from customer discovery and problem framing through scoping, launch, measurement, and iteration—moving fast and shipping meaningful improvements on a weekly cadence.
Drive Adoption and Impact: Work cross-functionally to ensure the products you ship are adopted by our customers and actually meet their goals. Stay highly responsive to customer needs as they arise.
Raise the Bar: Serve as a strong teammate across Regal's product organization and the broader company, and help level up our execution and culture.
ABOUT YOU: Proven Shipper: 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally owning a key surface area at a prior company. You've driven multiple initiatives end to end—from raw customer problem through launch—and can speak credibly to the impact and the tradeoffs.
AI-Native: You have deep familiarity with AI-driven product development. You're proficient in Claude Code and Cursor and have an informed perspective on where AI is heading.
Customer-Obsessed: You have a strong customer instinct and can point to examples of bridging complex, technical subject matter and what customers actually need. You design for the real problem the customer is trying to solve—not the feature you happen to have.
Technically Savvy: You’ve used or worked on developer-facing products, and are not afraid to get into the weeds of technical execution to define how a product should work
Entrepreneurial & High Agency: You operate with strong conviction, lead initiatives with limited hand-holding, and move fast under ambiguity. You act with urgency and ownership—and you drive that urgency in others.
Deeply Curious: You go deep on everything—the customer, the product domain, every service and acronym the team uses. You love to learn and you chase problems down to their root.
Seeks Truth: You have a strong point of view on what we should build, what we shouldn't, and why—and you defend it even when it's uncomfortable, grounded in an insatiable curiosity for how things work.
Strong Communicator: You bring clarity to ambiguous situations, see the forest through the trees, and communicate so it lands with your audience—whether that's engineering, design, customers, or executives.
Natural Leader with a High Bar: You hold a high standard for your work and your team's, and you're a reliable teammate Regal can depend on when incidents happen or customers need you.
Preferred Background: Early-stage (pre-Series C) startup experience preferred but not required. What matters is that you can go deep on any problem and come back with a clear product direction.
