As a Customer Advisor you will assist customers with their queries, provide clear and effective solutions, and ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone and/or chat.
  • Handle enquiries related to Cybersecurity products, subscriptions and account services.
  • Identify customer needs and offer accurate, timely solutions.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic and customer-focused approach.
  • Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
  • Work closely with your team to meet quality and performance targets.
  • Native or near-native level of Dutch.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece.
  • €1,450 gross per month.
  • Monthly performance bonus.
