Job Title: Python Developer – Monitoring & Automation

Department: IT Systems Monitoring Team

Experience Level: 1-3 Years

Job Responsibilities

·         Develop and maintain Python-based self-healing scripts to automatically resolve recurring monitoring alerts.

·         Analyze existing alerting mechanisms and identify opportunities for automation.

·         Design and implement automated remediation solutions to reduce manual intervention.

·         Integrate monitoring systems with business applications and ITSM platforms.

·         Retrieve alert information, analyze system data and execute automated remediation workflows.

·         Implement validation logic to confirm whether automated remediation has successfully resolved identified issues.

·         Support the monitoring team in improving system stability, reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python scripting and automation.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and system integration.
• Experience working with ITSM platforms is preferred.
• Good understanding of IT operations, monitoring and incident management workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to develop robust code with appropriate error handling.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in a Chinese-speaking working environment.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus or Datadog.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of Linux system administration and networking.
• Experience with UiPath or other RPA tools is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with commonly used AI tools and AI Agent concepts, workflows and technologies.

Requirements
