Across Emerging Markets (10 countries across APAC, MENA and LATAM), Amazon has an opportunity to engage the next 500MM customers and build a $100B GMS profitable business in the next 3 years. The Sub Same Day team will build for this market to deliver shopping orders to our customers within the same day in a reliable manner. The program is rapidly growing, is highly cross-functional in nature, intensive and requires a number of solutions to be built and scaled. We build extensible EM first solutions to drive SSD program’s product strategy and Improve Fulfillment Convenience for customers while reducing overall Cost to Serve.

This role is responsible for driving a roadmap specifically for daily essentials, grocery, perishables served from Sub Same Day network at Amazon across IES. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be expected to come up with the PR/FAQ, vision, and business requirements for the some of the most impactful ideas contributing to customer experience WW. This will need you to understand pain points of various types of customers, prioritize business needs that could be different across countries, while coming up with well thought out product ideas that leverage some of the latest advancements in technology. You will launch products, and take them to market, demonstrating business impact across countries.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about managing challenging, lengthy projects across multiple teams and locations and will run their initiatives like a business owner. They will be comfortable marshaling large amounts of data, and expert with new-age technology domains to make recommendations and build business cases. We are looking for a tenured Product leader who shares Amazon's passion for the customer—someone who understands the importance of compelling features and functionalities in driving great experience. In addition, the candidate will also be able to influence without authority and earn trust of a wide range of cross-functional, tech/non-tech stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities - Identify and prioritize the most impactful improvement opportunities across New and Existing customers specific to their Sub Same Day delivery experiences across all emerging markets - Be the voice of the customer advocating for the ideal customer experience - Build products creating meaningful long term positive impact to the business - Align key/Senior stakeholders to a bold vision for SSD through PRFAQs and other strategy documents - strive to build products improving the delivery experience and speed for our customers - Benchmark competitive experiences across Emerging Countries (outside of North Americas, Japan, UK), and define and implement a roadmap of improvements in customer Experience.

Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Master's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications: - MBA - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
