Associate Product Configuration Manager

Responsibilities:
Cater for customer and sales requirements
•
- Create Excelsys product/models based on Sales/Customers requirements and ensure their availability in iPro, ERP, and Model N systems to support accurate quotation generation.
- Release BOMs of Excelsys models to IPro for production use.
- Provide Sales pricing of Excelsys models and update it in ModelN via Power Apps.
- Support Value Add Retailers & Production
- Provide label files to VARs and production for structuring purposes
- Update label files for any update brought by label format specs revision/update.
- Review and update the existing Excelsys model BOMs to include all applicable production documentation and packaging components.
- Work with Cross-Functional Teams

- Coordinate with Design Engineering and Production teams to standardize Excelsys model structures, aligning them with Artesyn configurable product standards to improve consistency and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Finance, SFDC Support, and Model N Support teams to ensure product pricing is accurately maintained, regularly updated, and remains competitive in the market.
- Track progress of modified product development activities.
- Work with Component Engineering to proactively manage EOL component risks and develop workaround solutions that prevent production stoppages.
- Collaborate with Safety Engineering to ensure all safety documentation, certifications, and compliance records are current, accurate, and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a electronics manufacturing company
- Preferrable holding an Engineering degree in Electrical or Electronics
- Familiar with Advanced Energy Configurable Products and Documentation Systems is an advantage.
