Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and other endpoint devices across the manufacturing site.
- Implement endpoint configuration standards, software deployment, patch management, antivirus/EDR, encryption, and security policies.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, password policies, and authentication services in accordance with corporate standards.
- Implement and maintain corporate cybersecurity policies and controls at the site level.
- Monitor endpoint and security alerts and coordinate with the corporate Security / IT team for investigation and response.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, endpoint management, or cybersecurity operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID, endpoint management, and desktop troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with endpoint security technologies such as EDR, antivirus, encryption, vulnerability management, and patch management
- Experience with IT service management and ticketing systems is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Good English communication skills and ability to coordinate with headquarters and regional/global IT teams
