Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati with the role of Product Manager (Auto).
In this role, you will drive the growth of EastWest's auto loan portfolio by developing product and marketing initiatives, building relationships with stores and partners, and generating new business opportunities. You will also analyze market trends and customer needs to enhance loan offerings, support sales performance, and ensure a positive customer experience.

What the role will entail
- Drive the growth of the Bank's auto loan portfolio by developing and executing product and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with stores, clients, brokers, and business partners to generate new loan opportunities and strengthen existing accounts.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to enhance auto loan products and maintain market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Service Delivery, and other internal stakeholders to improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs that support business objectives.
- Monitor product performance, loan bookings, and campaign results, and prepare recommendations to drive continuous improvement and growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and product governance standards.
What we're looking for
- Holder of a bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, product management, business development, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of consumer lending, auto financing, product development, or financial services is an advantage.
- Experience in managing partnerships, driving business growth, and implementing marketing initiatives.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and business performance data to support strategic decisions.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive successful partnerships.
