Delivery Solutions Engineer

At Trackunit, our IrisX industry cloud platform unlocks insights, benchmarks, and innovation through connected construction data. As a Solution Delivery Engineer, you’ll help customers successfully implement and adopt Manager and IrisX, making these platforms part of their everyday operations.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of engineering, data, and customer engagement. You’ll configure solutions, build integrations, and work with customer teams to translate their needs into practical results. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across Trackunit and explore a wide range of technologies and customer environments.

Depending on the project, you could use Python and SQL, JavaScript or TypeScript, REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks and Databricks. What you’ll work on

Solution implementation and adoption Configure, extend, test, and deploy Manager and IrisX solutions to fit customer workflows and help customers put them into use.

Integrations and data pipelines Connect Trackunit with customer systems such as ERP, CRM, and fleet management tools through APIs, webhooks, and data flows, supporting reliable and secure data exchange.

Applied data and analytics Turn connected construction data into useful insights, supporting use cases such as equipment fault analysis, benchmarking, and emissions reporting, and other customer-specific analytics use cases.

Customer enablement Work with customer teams through technical workshops, training, and implementation support, helping them confidently operate and adopt the solutions delivered.

Coordinated delivery and continuous improvement Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders on implementation activities and clear handovers. Share delivery learnings and customer feedback with Product and Engineering to improve the platform and future deployments.

• Initial phone conversation with a colleague from our P&T team.

• Virtual meet and greet with your potential new leader and someone from the team, so you’ll get to know the role and team better.

• Virtual second interview / in-person with the hiring manager and the team.

• Assignment-specific interview with the hiring manager and a peer from the team. We want to give you a real insight into the work. You’ll receive a case to prepare ahead of the interview and present to relevant colleagues - people you’ll also work closely with in the role.

• If needed, we will obtain references from former employers and conduct background checks at relevant levels.

• Offer presentation and walk-through.
