Work you'll do:

• Be an expert in the Digital Sales and Marketing Automation domain to provide a deep understanding of the relevant Salesforce solution(s).

• Responsible for business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training, defining support procedures.

• Lead on the design, implementation of technology and creative business solutions for iconic brands.

• Take the lead on projects, solving some of the most exciting problems for our clients.

• Build lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and sponsors.

• Collaborate with amazing digital experts across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions. Supporting the Digital team in RFP and proposal responses.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant technology, business, or project management discipline.

• 0 – 2 years' experience in a PMO, project coordination, or administrative support role (internship or entry-level experience in a consulting/IT environment is a plus).

• With Salesforce background.

• Supports timeline tracking, status reporting, risk and issue monitoring, meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-ups across project teams.

• Basic understanding of Agile / Iterative delivery methodology, or willingness to learn.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Word/Docs).

• Drive and determination to continually learn new things and develop yourself.

• A natural team player who enjoys working with others, proactive in following up and keeping things on track.

• Client-focused, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

• Willingness to work outside of office base occasionally and adapt to project needs.

• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle; openness to travel (locally and abroad, as required) is a plus.

• Good articulation and communication skills in English.
