Triunity Software is looking for a sharp and driven Business Analyst to join our growing team in New York City. Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams
  • Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business objectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or tech environment
  • Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
