Description

As part of the Budget System team, this position provides operational support for the Axiom budgeting, forecasting, and planning system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists with system maintenance, configuration activities, and routine administration to ensure reliable system performance.
  • Supports the budget systems team by reviewing and triaging user requests and reported system issues, resolving routine inquiries, and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate support resources in accordance with established procedures.
  • Supports report generation and validation efforts by reviewing data accuracy and assisting with user reporting requests.
  • Performs routine testing of reports, system updates, and process changes under established guidelines.
  • Assists with security administration by maintaining user access and role assignments.
  • Supports the creation and maintenance of system documentation, process definitions, and operational procedures.
  • Monitors scheduled imports and exports to ensure data is processed successfully and escalates issues as appropriate.
  • Provides end-user assistance and participates in training activities.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree and one year of related systems, financial systems, business analysis, budgeting, planning, reporting, or information technology experience, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs. Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines of department. This role requires residency in the state of GA. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
