Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for JDE Sales & Distribution modules – Sales Order Management (SOM), Advanced Pricing, Inventory Management, Procurement/Purchase Order Management, Shipping & Transportation, and Customer Billing/Invoicing – gathering, documenting, and validating requirements from sales, logistics, and operations stakeholders.

• Design, develop, test, and support JDE technical objects in EnterpriseOne 9.2 (UBEs/RDA, Interactive Applications, Event Rules, Business Functions, Business Views, Tables, and Data Dictionary items) independently, without reliance on a separate developer resource.

• Configure and maintain JDE S&D setups, including order types, line types, order activity rules, Next Status processing, customer/item master, branch/plant setup, and pricing hierarchies.

• Design and validate Advanced Pricing rules, including price and adjustment schedules, preference profiles, basket pricing, rebate accruals, and customer-specific pricing agreements.

• Design and implement Orchestrations using the JDE Orchestrator/AIS framework, and develop User Defined Objects (Form Extensions, Grid Formats, Watchlists, Composite Pages, CafeOne layouts, and Queries).

• Conduct fit-gap analyses for Sales & Distribution processes, proposing best-practice solutions within JDE 9.2 and defining custom development where standard functionality is insufficient.

• Facilitate requirement workshops, process walkthroughs, and UAT sessions with sales, warehouse, and supply chain stakeholders, owning test script creation, defect triage, and sign-off.

• Write and optimize SQL for data extraction, profiling, validation, and reconciliation, while managing OMW projects and maintaining technical documentation in line with SDLC standards.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 12+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience, with current, hands-on depth in both Sales & Distribution functional configuration and JDE technical development.

• Deep working knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 Sales & Distribution: order types, order activity rules, Next Status flow, Advanced Pricing setup, branch/plant configuration, and shipment processing.

• Hands-on technical proficiency with JDE 9.2 development tools: Event Rules, Business Functions (BSFN – NER and C), UBEs/RDA, Table and Business View development, and OMW project management.

• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, order flow analysis, pricing validation, and troubleshooting in a JDE Oracle or SQL Server database environment.

Desired Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, able to diagnose issues at both the business process and code/data level.

• Excellent functional documentation skills, including BRDs, FDDs, process flow diagrams, and test scripts.

• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly across business and IT stakeholders.

• Experience with REST APIs or file-based integrations connecting JDE with third-party platforms (banking, tax, consolidation tools).

• Familiarity with ETL platforms used for structured data migration and transformation.

• Exposure to BI Publisher or One View Reporting (OVR) for reporting and statutory output.

• Experience in a support-plus-enhancement ERP environment with ongoing production support and incident resolution.

• JD Edwards or Oracle ERP certification.
