About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Salesforce Developer Lead to join our team and take ownership of Salesforce development across both client projects and internal business projects.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for understanding requirements, building Salesforce solutions, solving technical challenges, and taking projects from development through implementation.
As a growing startup, not every process or solution will already be available. We are looking for someone who is comfortable researching, learning, and finding solutions independently. You should be someone who takes ownership, can work with limited supervision, and is willing to figure things out when faced with something new.
Work Arrangement & Timing
- This is a Work From Office (WFO) opportunity.
- The role requires working from the office Monday to Friday.
- Since you will be working on client projects, working hours will be aligned with client requirements.
- The expected working hours may typically be around 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, depending on client requirements.
Requirements
What You'll Do
Salesforce Development
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers.
- Build Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and web services.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Build and maintain Salesforce automation and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations, automation, and data.
Client Projects
- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver projects successfully.
- Participate in the complete development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Internal Projects & Ownership
- Take ownership of internal Salesforce projects that improve our business processes and operations.
- Take projects from requirement and research through development, testing, and implementation.
- Identify opportunities where Salesforce can improve existing processes or solve business challenges.
- Research Salesforce documentation, features, and available solutions when a requirement is new or unfamiliar.
- Take initiative, solve problems independently, and keep projects moving without relying on step-by-step instructions.
Who We're Looking For
You would be a great fit if you:
- Have 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Are proficient in Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, and Salesforce automation.
- Have experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Have a strong understanding of Salesforce data models and the Lightning Framework.
- Have hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Have knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Have experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, cloud services, or third-party integrations.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.
- Have a proactive mindset and enjoy learning and researching new technologies.
- Can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Are comfortable working from the office Monday to Friday and aligning with client working hours when required.
